THE NORTHWEST BUSINESS SECTION required a lot of clicks to navigate through their products and offerings. There was also a great deal of valuable content that was hard to find. Needless to say, there was a lot of missed opportunities for business customers to connect with their bank.

We addressed those key issues by bringing in modern interactions and creating a stronger hierarchical approach to the content. In combination, we greatly reduced the “clicks” needed to find what a user was looking for, but also exposed them to content sooner and with more ease.

The pop-out navigation exposed customers to the full offering within any section without asking for a click commitment. Now, a customer can quickly and easily discover what product is most relevant to their needs without frustration.

We also didn’t miss an opportunity to work in some design elements that elevated the brand as a whole.
